Interested providers then contact the user directly to prepare a quote and, if applicable, carry out the service.

The menuiserie.lu website does not allow an automatic quote to be obtained by email. A telephone, email or in-person exchange is generally required to prepare a precise quote.

The role of DOTCOM Luxembourg S.A. is limited to:

• Selecting qualified carpenters
• Forwarding project information to professionals
• Monitoring user satisfaction

The service is entirely free for users. No commission is charged on services rendered.

Users undertake to use the service for genuine, serious and personal requests. Any request containing false, abusive, illegal or contrary to public order information may result in legal proceedings.

• Offer free quotes

• Be up to date with their tax and social obligations
• Carry out quality carpentry work and provide after-sales service
• Hold the necessary professional insurance

Any serious breach may result in immediate exclusion from the platform.

8. Responsibilities of menuiserie.lu

The service ends once contact is established between the user and the provider. DOTCOM Luxembourg S.A. never intervenes in the commercial relationship and cannot be held responsible for any disputes or damages.

It is the user's responsibility to verify the references and insurance of carpentry professionals.

Via form: first name, last name, email, phone, project address, carpentry project details.
